Child Safety Policy
Unique Photo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. We are committed to ensuring that our website and community spaces — including the Creators Challenge — remain safe for everyone.
NCMEC Partnership
We work with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to combat the spread of child exploitation material online. Any identified CSAM is reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline in compliance with federal law.
Cloudflare CSAM Scanning
Our website is protected by Cloudflare's CSAM Scanning Tool, which automatically scans content served through our platform against databases of known CSAM hash values. When a match is detected, the content is blocked and a report is filed with NCMEC.
User-Uploaded Content
All user-uploaded content — including photos and videos submitted through our Creators Challenge — is subject to automated scanning and human review. We reserve the right to immediately remove any content and permanently ban any user found to be uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM or any material that exploits minors.
Reporting
If you encounter any content on our platform that you believe exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately:
- Email us at
- Report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline
Our Commitment
We regularly review and update our safety measures to stay ahead of evolving threats. By leveraging industry-leading tools from Cloudflare and maintaining our reporting relationship with NCMEC, we are committed to doing our part to protect children online.
